Temporary Murals for Exhibitions
October 19, 2009
This series of three murals were made for a garden expo. Each panel was approximately 7.3m long and set into a curved frame. The three panels faced each other and formed a circle with spaces between for people to enter and exit. Each panel had small ‘peep holes’ cut into details. The overall design was kept very simple in terms of design and colour and was based on the theme: ‘air, fire, water’.

Inner City Living
October 19, 2009
This rather whimsical mural was commissioned by the owner of a old Victoran era house in inner suburban Melbourne. Their kitchen window was only a few feet away from the massive brick facade of the neighbouring house. To provide them with a feeling of space and depth beyond the kitchen they opted for a comical underwater scene complete with a hooker-diving cat. The completed mural was approximately 6m long.

The mural below was fitted onto the side wall of a tiny apartment balcony to add character and interest on the side opposite to the view.

Ceiling Mural
Patients at a cancer clinic complained about boredom while receiving scanning treatments. Hospital managers decided to commission a mural for patients to look at while the treatment took place. Previous to its installation, patients were counting the holes in the ceiling tiles to keep themselves occupied.
